Rebuilding The Raiders: A Front Office Football 2007 Dynasty Thread

Just got the release version of this game today and am taking it for a spin. Looking around the startup situations, the Raiders look like a clear choice for a team to take over in terms of challenge. The game's metrics have them as follows in my gamestart:

Roster = #32
Stadium = #29
Fan Support = #28
Franchise Value = #32

I'm going to try to move fairly quickly to get a good feel for the gameplay.
